If you get this error message:
This is caused by VPN. The request time gets too long to go back and forth. NiHao Cloud works best WITHOUT VPN.
If this happens when you are not connected to VPN there might be few other factors:
1. Check if you have enough space on your account.
2. You have tried to upload a large file through a browser and it failed? Very often browsers crash and fail large uploads, especially anything larger than 1 GB. In this case, we recommend using a Seafile desktop client.
