1. Creating a Share Link
To share a library or a single file, hover over it and click on the share icon.
Once the share link is generated, you can copy and share it with anyone. When opened in a browser, it looks like this:
🔹 Security & Access Control
By default, no personal information (such as your email) is displayed, making it safe to share. You can enhance security with:
✔️ Add Password Protection – Requires a password to access the link.
✔️ Add Auto-Expiration – The link expires after a set period.
✔️ Set Permissions – Control how recipients interact with the file:
- Preview & Download – Users can view and download the file.
- Preview Only – Users can only view the file, no downloads allowed.
- Download & Upload (Available only for libraries and folders) – Users can download and upload files.
2. Creating an Upload Link
Upload links allow external users (e.g., freelancers or clients) to upload files directly to your library.
🔹 Security Options
✔️ Add Password Protection – Restrict access with a password.
✔️ Add Auto-Expiration – The link expires after a set period
3. Share to a User
Share your entire library with a specific user for real-time collaboration.
✔️ Access Levels:

Read Only – User can view but not modify files.

Write Access – User can edit and upload files.

Custom Permissions – Define specific actions users can take.

4. Share to a Group
Share entire libraries with a group of users, streamlining collaboration.
