400 Bad Request - The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port

My seafile client is not working. I keep getting connection refused. I am using https://app.nihaocloud.com as the server for my seafile client. When I try to access the website, it says
"400 Bad Request - The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port"
Please help:

We have noticed that there is a connection issue for some users from mainland China, depending on their ISP.

What we know so far is that some IP's in our load balancer (a system that distributes traffic) assigns IP's, that might be blocked in Mainland China. We have been addressing this issue for a few days now and everything should come back to normal, after all, our DNS changes been applied. This may take up from 1h to max 72h.
